• Remember to include the completed return form inside the package along with the product.

• Put the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same conditions as you received them, (in perfect condition), complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still on the product. Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any reduction in the value of the goods, refunding only the residual value of the Product.
